White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzels

Ingredients:

  • 15-20 Pretzel rods
  • White chocolate chips
  • Crushed candy canes

These pretzels will be an instant hit at any Christmas Party! They are savoury but sweet, and will have everyone talking. To start place 5 candy canes into a plastic bag, crush them into small pieces, and pour them into a bowl. Next, place your white chocolate chips into a pot on the stove and set the stove to low. Begin to melt the chocolate carefully to avoid burning the chocolate while stirring often. Dip your pretzel rods into the melted chocolate and sprinkle the crushed candy cane pieces on the pretzels. Set the pretzels on a cookie sheet and freeze for 1-2 hours. Take out of the freezer and enjoy!

Christmas Bark

Ingredients

  • Soda crackers
  • Caramel pieces
  • Milk chocolate chips
  • Toppings (candy, sprinkles, chocolate, candy canes, nuts)

This Christmas bark will be everyone’s favourite treat! Simply lay soda crackers onto a non-stick cookie sheet until the bottom of the cookie sheet is covered. Melt the caramel pieces in a pot until smooth; pour the melted caramel onto the soda crackers until covered. Third, melt milk chocolate in a pot until smooth; pour the milk chocolate onto the caramel and soda crackers. For the last step (which is the best part) place any type of candy you wish! You can use Christmas themed candy, nuts, green and red M&Ms, or candy canes. Cover as desired and place in the freezer until solid. Cut the bark and enjoy!

Peppermint Dipped Oreos

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1 bag white candy melts
  • 1 bag crushed peppermint candy

Who doesn’t love Oreo cookies? This treat will have everyone excited! Simply melt the white chocolate chips carefully in a pot until smooth. Dip half the Oreo into the white chocolate and quickly dip the Oreo into the peppermint pieces. To break the peppermint pieces simply place them into a plastic bag and crush them carefully. Set aside the finished Oreos on a cookie sheet and wait until the chocolate is dry. Serve and enjoy!

Holiday Truffles

Ingredients

  • Oreo cookies (can also use chocolate chip cookies)
  • White or milk chocolate chips
  • Various topping (candy canes, nuts, sprinkles)
  • Cream cheese
These no-bake holiday truffles will add a festive touch to any Holiday party! First, place the Oreo cookies into a bowl and carefully crush them until crumbled. Next, add the cream cheese and stir (it is easier if you use a hand mixer or a food processer). Mix the two ingredients until smooth. Use a spoon to scoop out the mixture, form them into small balls, and place them on a cookie sheet. Place the cookie sheet in the freezer until the truffles are firm. Melt your chocolate in a pot until smooth and carefully dip the truffles into the melted chocolate. Decorate the truffles as desired with various sprinkles, nuts, candy or candy canes. Set in the freezer till firm and serve! Enjoy!
