Fruit Salad Ice Pops

These delicious popsicles are jam packed with fruit and are easy to make. Perfect for anytime of the day, since they are filled with fruit they can even be eaten for breakfast. Here's how to make these delicious fruit salad ice pops.

2 Kiwis
2 Peaches
1 cup Strawberries
½ cup Raspberries
½ cup Blueberries
2 cups Apple Juice 

Peel and slice the kiwis and peaches into ¼" slices
Slice the strawberries into thirds.
Press the strawberry, kiwi and peach slices into the bottom of each mold.
Use a popsicle stick to press them against the sides of the mold.
Add blueberries and raspberries to fill the gaps.Add as much fruit as you can fit into the mold, continuing to press it against the sides.
Fill the molds with apple juice, leaving about ⅛" space at the top for the juice to expand when it freezes.
Freeze the popsicles overnight.
Run the molds under hot water to help the popsicles release.

Raspberry Peach Pops

These fun tropical fruit pops are fun to make and mesmerizing to look at! These popscles only consist on three key ingredients. Check out the step by step instructions below.

For the Peach Layer:

1½ cups peaches
½ banana
¼ cup full fat coconut milk (or dairy milk)
½-3/4 cup orange juice
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp honey or agave (as needed)
For the Raspberry Layer:
2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
2-3 Tbsp honey or agave (or, to taste)
juice of ½ lemon 

For the peach layer:
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Taste and add honey as needed, blending well to combine.
Set aside.
For the raspberry layer:
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
Taste and blend in additional honey, as needed.
For the smoothest texture, strain raspberry layer through a strainer to remove the seeds.
To assemble:Alternate pouring peach and raspberry smoothie mixtures into the popsicle molds.
For more distinct layers, use a funnel or spoon to gently add the mixtures. If you pour straight from a blender or liquid measuring cup, they're more likely to combine.
Freeze at least 3-4 hours, or until completely firm.

Berry Lemonade Popsicles

Who doesn't LOVE lemonade on a hot day? Now picture lemonade and berries frozen together into one delicious frozen treat! These popsicles will be the biggest hit with your kids. Not only are they easy to make, they will have you wanting to eat the entire batch.

Powder Lemonade
Strawberries, sliced

Pour 3/4 cup of Country Time Berry Lemonade Starter mix into a pitcher.
Fill the pitcher with 7 and 1/4 cups cold water.
Stir to combine.
Add a few sliced strawberries and blueberries to each popsicle mold.
Fill each popsicle mold with the berry lemonade.Place the top on the popsicle mold and insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze the popsicles overnight.
To get the popsicles to release from the mold, fill your kitchen sink with room temperature water.
Place the mold in the water, making sure the water does not go above the top of the mold.
Allow the mold to sit in the water for a few seconds.
Begin to wiggle a popsicle free. If it feels tough, allow them to set in the water a few more seconds.
Once all of the popsicles are removed from the mold, enjoy or wrap the extras in plastic wrap and return to the freezer.
